We continuously analyze call events, over 25 billion per month, to provide the most accurate and up-to-date Spam protection. Really lacking in features. However, there was nothing in the App Store on my iPhone that said there was a pending update.

It could be that the update was throttled because it was so new. On a hunch, I went into the app in the App Store and I was just lucky to have seen that there was an update to the app. This is not the same as updating the call block list, which appears to work every time I open the app.

It would be great if they call block list could be updated off-line without the app having to be open. Might be nice to allow us to use the T-Mobile name ID app instead. I have it set to block all risk levels, but it blocks very little because the numbers keep changing faster than they can update their database.

Also there are too many steps to add to fraud list. This app costs and does not do the job effectively.

Before the iOS update at least the app auto-loaded the caller phone number into the app in order to report the caller. No more.
